You will be a key player in our business transformation. Manage a portfolio of clients of variable sizes across different industries. Proactively manage client expectations and be point-of-contact for clients. Working closely with Financial Controller/Director or Senior Executive levels in managing the audit specific requirements. Manage international reporting process both to Group Auditors and from Component Auditors Proactively manage client expectations and be point-of-contact for clients Coordinate and project manage the allocation of staff resources to jobs Lead teams on the planning; execution; and completion of audits Provide technical auditing and accounting assistance to team members and clients Report directly to senior manager/director on engagements Assist with managing the team’s financial performance e.g. agreeing and billing of fees; cash collections; monitoring recoverability of WIP etc Participate in the coaching, mentoring and appraisal of staff Manage and coordinate the pitch/proposals for new work
