ASC Engineered Solutions is looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer located at our Columbia, PA facility. The CI Engineer supports the identification and implementation of operational improvements to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and innovation goals. This role leads the deployment of Lean principles across the site and works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to embed continuous improvement into daily operations and plant culture. Identify improvement opportunities through data collection and observation within the plant and office. Build and maintain funnel of events. Facilitate and coach Kaizen events, providing guidance to cross-functional team members before, during, and after improvement activities. Partner with functional leaders and frontline teams to support improvements in daily management metrics. Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to implement improvements. Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs). Support corrective and preventive actions resulting from audits, customer issues, or internal findings. Assist with equipment-related improvement and maintenance initiatives. Participate in the company-wide CI network to learn best practices, tools, and methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement knowledge sharing.
