ASC Engineered Solutions is looking for a Commercial Systems Lead. The Commercial Systems Lead conducts the development, implementation, and management of commercial systems within an organization. This position oversees system integration, ensures alignment with business objectives, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and drives improvements to optimize commercial operations and performance. Drive end-to-end optimization of sales systems and processes by partnering with Sales Operations to identify, prioritize, and implement enhancements that improve sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and customer experience. Lead the architecture, delivery, and integration of enterprise solutions (CRM, CPQ, ERP, etc.) by translating complex business requirements into scalable system designs, defining strategic roadmaps, and ensuring high-quality implementation through rigorous end-to-end testing and governance. Serve as a primary point of contact for business stakeholders, driving alignment between technology initiatives and business strategy through proactive engagement, clear communication, and issue resolution. Lead and coordinate strategic vendor relationships and complex integrations (e.g., MS Dynamics, Salesforce, CPQ, EDI, Esker), owning problem resolution across internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality, uninterrupted delivery. Lead continuous improvement initiatives across sales and customer service systems, applying Lean / Kaizen principles and deep process expertise to identify enhancements and optimize solutions. Ensure system integrity and reliability by leading complex issue resolution, maintaining clear system documentation, and overseeing system implementations and data migrations to minimize risk and disruption. Responsibilities include tactical (issue resolution), operational (solution enhancements) and strategic (new technology) activities.
