Are you ready to bring your PI or clinical negligence experience to a supportive team on a 12 month maternity cover? You will manage PI, clinical negligence and Claims Against PublicAuthority claims, taking client instructions, drafting documents and maintaining strong relationships. You will work within a closeknit team that values collaboration and highquality service. Advise clients and manage PI/clinical neg matters Maintain regular communication with clients, opponents, medical experts Negotiate with opposing parties Maintain accurate records Provide clear, professional and timely legal advice while managing clients’ expectations
