About this role
A Senior/Principal Sustainability Consultant will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and will lead a small team of junior consultants. Working on both national and international client cases. What we expect can be divided in two major areas: Client & Project Delivery & Business Development Manage the delivery of consulting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality. Act as a strategic point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring successful project delivery. Provide expert input and quality assurance across projects, reviewing work and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Develop and present reports and presentations, and facilitate workshops where required. Support the development of proposals and contribute to winning new business alongside our commercial teams. Contribute to the development and improvement of our sustainability services, creating templates, supporting training and sharing your expertise internally. Manage and support a small team of junior consultants, helping them develop their skills and grow within the team. Help drive the growth of our Belgian market, working closely with commercial colleagues. Depending on your experience and interests, you may specialise in areas such as GHG calculations, decarbonisation, supplier engagement, LCA, circular economy and other sustainability topics.
