Aeriz is searching for a full-time Flower Technician- for our state-of-the-art indoor aeroponic cannabis production facility in Riverbank, CA. The successful candidate will possess a passion for horticulture, excellent interpersonal skills, experience leading others, and strong cannabis knowledge with a willingness to continually learn more about the subject. The Flower Technician will ensure we grow different strains properly, and you’ll identify and resolve issues with plants. You should have a hands-on approach with good knowledge of cannabis genetics and growth requirements. Your goal will be to ensure we satisfy our customers with high-quality cannabis products. This role will report directly to the Flower Lead Technician and work on-site at our facility in Riverbank, Ca. · Follow cultivation plans outlined by the lead and/or manager. · Perform daily process of transplanting, cloning, defoliation and trimming of plants. · Perform maintenance operations (including disposing waste and preventing contaminations). · Identify plant health issues like mold, mildew or other pest infestations. · Follow and maintain legal compliance of cultivation procedures. · Maintain all plants in flower stage. · Routinely use scissors, shears, for performing plant maintenance such as defoliation, and plant clean up. Perform other cultivation tasks as lead and/or manager determines necessary.
