工作性質： (一) 社區居住服務計畫撰寫、執行、核銷及成果報告 (二) 服務使用者支持服務 (三) ISP檢視及討論、召開會議 (四)個案轉銜、居住家會、社區居住相關會議 (五)個案資料管理及相關行政作業 (六)社區資源連結與補助申請提案 (七)主管交辦業務 資格條件：大學以上社工相關科系畢，具社工師執照佳 上班時段：13:00-21:30
