About this role
提供住民全日餐食之制作作業， 包括：1.協助擬訂菜單及烹調餐食。2.協助廚房幫工之工作。3.根據食譜及個人經驗，決定食材用量及其組合，並檢查食物品質。4.協助檢查廚房設備及服務區域等，確保食品處理之安全及衛生。5.從事調理或已預先調製之食物及飲料。6.準備與處理食材。7.洗、切、量及組合所需烹煮之食物。8.操作烤架、微波爐及油炸鍋等烹調設備，並保持食物調理區及設備之清潔。9.清洗碗盤及器皿並排列整齊…等。 *需搬重10-20公斤 福利:年終、考績獎金
