About this role
1. 負責製造生產、銷售、物料庫儲等廠務之統籌和產線作業之規劃與管理 2. 管控廠內之生產排程、交期及產量，並提升生產產能、降低成本 3. 監控和確實執行產品生產過程與產品品質、訂定生產目標 4. 制定績效標準，定期監督人員工作，給予意見及紀錄考核 5. 統籌食品從原料來源、生產、處理、加工、製造、流通、運輸、銷售，直至消費者，每個階段的食品衛生管理 ※初期須出差至台北總公司(每週至少1~2次)
