Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to own the full-funnel e-commerce growth roadmap. You will drive initiatives that increase traffic, conversions, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value while leading experimentation and cross-functional teams to execute measurable improvements.
Responsibilities:
Own the e-commerce growth roadmap across traffic → product page → cart → checkout → repeat, prioritizing initiatives based on projected revenue impact.Lead high-velocity A/B and multivariate testing across Shopify storefront, apps, merchandising, PDP content, upsells/cross-sells, checkout, and post-purchase flows.Instrument and enrich marketing signal tracking end-to-end for key growth channels (Meta, Google).Lead referral program features and improve customer experience.Drive SEO strategy including technical SEO, content, and AI bot traffic optimization.Evaluate and integrate Shopify apps/customizations (subscriptions, loyalty, reviews, payments, localization), manage vendors/partners, and coordinate engineering/design to ship reliably.Manage roadmap from strategy, PRD definition, design, and guide engineering implementation and testing.
Requirements
Qualifications:
5+ years in e-commerce product management, growth, or digital experience roles.Strong experience with Shopify, experimentation frameworks, and analytics tools.Deep understanding of growth marketing, SEO, referral programs, and conversion optimization.Ability to collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and external vendors.Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
