1.規劃與執行職業安全衛生管理制度，辦理安全教育訓練、安全巡檢、風險評估及事故調查改善追蹤 2.辦理廢棄物、汙水排放等環保管理與申報作業，確保符合法規要求 3.辦理消防設備檢修申報、防火管理與緊急應變演練規劃 4.建廠期間承攬商安全管理、施工安全監督及相關安全教育訓練 5.辦理職安、環保及消防相關申報，並配合政府機關稽查與改善追蹤
