1. 設置與調整塑膠射出成型機器參數，確保生產穩定性與效率 2. 執行塑膠成形設備的日常保養及故障檢修，提高機械壽命 3. 負責模具裝配、更換及定期維護，確保產品精度與穩定 4. 監控生產製程，解決技術性問題，確保生產順暢進行 5. 記錄並分析生產操作數據，提出優化方案提升效能 6. 熟悉塑膠材料特性及加工技術，應用於生產中解決疑難 7. 與跨部門合作改善生產流程，提升自動化與工業4.0效率
