About this role
徵：吧檯菜口員 (請先mail履歷) 1、扮演外場與廚房協調上菜與出菜時間速度的把關者 。 2、集中收回須清洗的餐具送至洗碗區，並維持菜口區域衛生清潔。 3、叫用、搬運宴呈所需的水果並清洗處理，在發揮一點美感將水果擺盤。 4、吧檯酒水控管及盤點，補充營業樓層所需餐具。 備註: 1.工作時間因需排班，故工作時間建議於面試時為您說明較清楚，謝謝！
