1. 提供長輩的身體照顧與心理關懷，成為他們每天最值得信賴的依靠 2. 設計並協助帶領多樣化的日常活動，讓每一天都充滿活力與笑容 3. 負責照顧相關資料的紀錄與管理，確保服務流程順暢無憂 4. 維護日照中心的環境清潔，打造乾淨舒適的照顧空間 5. 協助接送長輩，讓每段旅程都安心又溫馨 6. 積極參與內部會議與教育訓練，不斷提升專業能力 7. 協助其他主管交辦事項，與團隊攜手創造幸福生活
