About this role
1.品質巡檢、抽檢監測作業執行與紀錄保存 2.原物料、半成品、成品管控，監督製程品質 3.系統相關文件、程序與紀錄維護 4.協助食品安全事故的調查與處理 5.其他臨時交辦事項 ※須須具備「食品安全管制系統訓練」(HACCP) 60 小時以上合格證書※ ※需會操作水分天平、糖度計、PH計※ ※需有食品品質管理相關工作經驗※
