1.定期清點物料，並將物料標示並放於正確位置。 2.定期追蹤複查庫存與紀錄是否相符有無損壞，如不符合找出原因。 3.定期清潔庫存、工具、貯藏室，以確保符合食品安全規章及存貨安全。 4.依食品相關法規完成進、出貨管理。 5.進出貨紀錄詳實紀載。 6.貨品的輸送與成品包裝，偶爾需搬重物。 7.堆高機駕駛。 8.完成主管交辦事項
