1.生產線上品質管制。 2.分析及解釋數據、手冊和相關材料，以確定價格、檢驗程序、測試程序、調整方法等。 3.蒐集或挑選樣本以進行測試。分析、計算測驗數據，以確認測試結果。 4.維護更新ISO食品安全認證系統文件及表單。 5.主管交辦事項。 其他條件 ※須具備食品技師證照 ※ 具備乙級或兩張以上丙級技術士證照者尤佳
