About this role
1.成年心智障礙者之教育、訓練、支持及照護等工作。 2.撰寫及執行服務使用者之個別化服務計畫(ISP)之擬定。 3.服務使用者生活自理訓練、健康與財務管理、社區適應與休閒活動安排與執行。 4.支持或強化服務使用者家屬執行親職之能力，定期與服務使用者家屬溝通討論服務計畫之執行與行政。 5.參加家庭教學會議與個案研討，提出工作報告與改善方式。 6.負責環境衛生及日常生活之安全事項。 (先郵寄履歷，合者再通知面試，請勿直接親洽)
