About this role
(勞工就業通-僱)生管助理/協助公司推動豐田生產方式（TPS），進行現場：1.數據蒐集與資料彙整2.時間觀測並建立標準工時3.建立工程重點4.建立換模與組裝作業要領書需配合現場觀察、跨部門溝通與文件整理，協助小組推動4S、浪費削減、標準作業與生產效率改善。相關作業會有專業顧問輔導及小組成員支援。
