About this role
1.負責生產製程管制與調配。 2.指揮協調作業人員，以確保產品品質與準時交貨率。 3.確實執行生產目標，並達成各項生產指標。 4.負責裝配線作業之管理與改善，以提升產能降低成本。 5.進行跨部門溝通協調，以調節操作和日常活動。 6.負責人員培育與績效考核。 7.管理人數20~40人 8.具備產線管理經驗三年以上者佳 (10:00-10:10、12:00-12:50、15:00-15:10休息時間)
