1. 消防安檢及設備維護等相關作業 2. 安全衛生管理相關作業程序並執行與稽核。 3. 建築物公共安全相關作業 4. 廠務系統(水、電、空調等)例行維護、巡檢、保養及異常緊急處理 5. 設備異常之排除或緊急處置，廠商聯繫及修繕進度追蹤 6. 專案工程規劃、進度確認及驗收 7. 公務車日常巡檢及定期保養 8. 5S、廢棄物處理相關作業 9. 移工生活管理相關作業 10. 總務相關作業(員工餐食、門禁保全、事務機器..等) 11. 其他主管交辦事項
