About this role
為居住於臺中市太平區的失能、失智混合之長者及符合長照資格之使用者，提供長照相關服務。 1.設計教案並帶領失能、失智長輩進行課程活動。2.長輩日常生活照顧。 3.協助長輩沐浴服務。4.個案活動參與紀錄撰寫。5.監測個案生命徵象。6.餐食準備。7.工作區域清潔。8.有需求時提供到宅居家服務。9.執行夜間喘息服務(有需求時須配合夜間輪班-不定期)。10其他主管交辦事項。 【面試前，請先來電預約，勿直接前往!!!】
