1.機械操作：負責反應攪拌桶及反應槽的投料、參數設定與生產運作。 2.物流與倉儲協助：執行原料卸貨、入庫及搬運作業、需搬重約20-30公斤。 3.品質管控：監控反應過程中的化學變化，確保成品符合品質標準。 4.設備維護：進行機台日常巡檢、清潔及基礎故障排除。 5.階段性管理訓練：學習生產排程規劃、人力調度、SOP優化及現場5S管理。 6. ISO文件處理。 7. 主管交辦事項。 依學經歷、證照可再議薪
