(1) 帶領健康促進課程與活動、關懷訪視、電話問安、生命徵象量測 (2) 辦理社會參與活動促進長輩人際互動 (3) 辦理中午共餐服務 (4) 辦理預防及延緩失能(智)服務方案 (5) 巷弄長照站之營運與管理 (6) 站內相關行政庶務（如訂餐、備料、請領、請購、洽辦單位等業務） (7) 長輩之服務與安全看視 (8) 相關服務紀錄 (9) 評鑑或督導考核相關準備事宜 (10) 負責執行主管臨時交辦的任務 (11) 協助巷弄長照站之營運與管理
