1.國內外客戶與工廠生產計劃的接口，用於日常生產進度和客戶相關的內部事務。 2.追踪和解決客戶文檔案問題，包括：預測、採購訂單、構建說明等。 3.支援業務拜訪客戶並執行未完成工作跟催。 4.接待國外客戶來訪以及會議主持 5.與客戶保持密切互動關係、收集客戶情報並追蹤客戶進出貨及廠內協調作業(含新產品導入)"
