1.自動化/智能製造設備導入、調機、測試、異常排除 2.負責AOI/AI視覺定位與參數優化 3.進行各式XY滑台、多軸手臂之軟體控制整合、 PLC 基本操作 4.參與自動化設備導入、生產良率提升作業，及跨部門 問題回報/技術溝通； 5.依個人意願/專案需求，參與 [美國/墨西哥] 廠區設備調機與導入，年度累計出差時間原則為 0~3 個月。 6. 依個人團隊表現與技術成長，評估並培訓主管人選。
