1.協助智財管理制度運行及相關教育訓練 2.進行專利迴避設計、侵權風險評估、爭議救濟處理 3.執行專利挖掘、檢索、分析、撰寫、申請、爭議案件承辦及佈局 4.協助處理專利申請程序、相關爭議、案件管理及訴訟案管控 5.協助公司進行技術路徑規劃、製作專利地圖、專利教育訓練 6.與專利事務所合作，為研發部門與事務所的溝通橋樑 7.公司內合約撰擬、審閱及管理 8.法律事務、訴訟案件處理
