About this role
主要工作： 1. 需配合長期出差，負責美國 Irvine 及馬來西亞客戶 FAE，協助客戶開發和擔負客戶與總部的技術橋樑 2. 提供客戶正確的產品規格與應用相關資訊，以作為客戶設計產品時的參考 3. 提供客戶偵錯及問題分析服務與技術支援 4. 協助安排處理於客戶端的技術相關活動 5. 客戶需求分析、問題反饋 6. 系統技術文件撰寫
