About this role
1.執行蒸餾塔日常操作支援工作，如開車／停機協助、投料、換料等。 2.協助製程巡檢、抄表與現場5S維護。 3.協助記錄操作數據與填寫生產日誌。 4.配合工程師進行試車、製程實驗或異常處理。 5.輪班交接與現場工作溝通支援 其他條件： 1.理解蒸餾程序基本原理 2.具備現場作業基本操作與安全意識 3.有團隊合作精神，能配合操作與排程調整 *對化工製程控制與化學製造有興趣 *具學習能力與意願
