1. 負責產線人員管理、工作安排與出勤管理。 2. 執行每日生產排程，確保產能與交期達成。 3. 督導產線作業流程，維持生產品質與效率。 4. 協助產線異常排除與問題改善。 5. 落實SOP、生產紀律及5S管理。 6. 協助新人教育訓練與作業指導。 7. 配合生產需求進行跨部門協調。 8. 完成主管交辦事項。 9. 可配合加班
