About this role
•Monitor and analyze wafer process data to identify yield improvement opportunities. •Conduct root cause failure analysis on defective wafers and devices. •Collaborate with process engineers and cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions. •Assist in DOE data analysis and interpretation. •Support new product introduction and process optimization projects. •Participate in regular yield review meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions. •Prepare technical reports and present findings to engineering and management teams. •Develop and maintain scripts or software tools to automate data analysis and reporting. •Data cleaning and feature engineering and develop machine learning tools for yield analysis.
