1.居家長照服務個案之接案、結案、轉案作業 2.居家服務人員排配班、人力調派業務 3.與居家長照個案進行服務契約簽定、定期家訪及電訪 4.協助居家服務員照護品質的管理及指導 5.長照個案服務紀錄之登打及核銷作業協助 6.協調案家與居服員之間的服務問題 7.定期參加機構督導會議及在職教育訓練 8.協助活動辦理：團督、員工旅遊、尾牙活動等
