About this role
1.參與紙塑成型產品試產規劃與執行，學習試產到量產之轉換流程 2.熟悉紙塑成型製程條件、設備特性與品質管控重點 3.協助試產階段製程異常分析、改善對策擬定與執行追蹤 4.參與量產前之製程標準化、作業流程建立與文件化 5.配合生產單位進行人員、產線與進度之現場協調與支援 6.依培育進程，逐步承擔帶線、帶人與跨部門溝通之管理職責
