About this role
1. 環狀線之廣播作業及排程播放。 2. 全線車站、月台資訊顯示器、月台電視之文稿製作及排程播放。 3. 協助以通訊軟體發送系統異常簡訊。 4. 每日營運資訊檔案建檔管理與傳送。 5. 控管南機廠各機房鑰匙借出登記。 6. 行控中心人員進出管制。 7. 協助本公司其他話務相關事務，包含本公司各專責單位提供之知識庫內容回覆諮詢與陳情案件及提供線上真人文字服務。 8. 其他經機關指定之工作及臨時交辦事項。 9 .總機轉接服務 無經驗可 派駐新北大眾捷運股份有限公司
