一、現場協助與基本施作 - 協助搬運施工材料及工具 - 協助完成基礎施作（簡易拉管、穿線、切割、固定等） - 協助安裝消防設備（偵煙器、緊急照明、警鈴等） - 支援師傅與技術員完成每日工項 二、工具與現場管理 - 工具整理、保管與點交 - 現場整潔維護、廢料清運 - 施工區域安全基本維護 三、學習與技能培訓 - 認識材料、線材、管材及常用設備 - 學習基本手工具與電動工具使用 - 逐步學習施工圖面概念 - 具備潛力者於 1–2 年內可晉升「半技師」
