About this role
-負責西餐熱爐、冷台區、砧板區的工作內容，依據餐單準備相關食材及烹調。 -將食材清洗並做簡單處理與備用。 -工作站台和設備的清潔及保養，保持高度清潔。 -維持廚房食材品質，注重餐點出品要求及細節。 -烹煮員工餐 -可獨立作業尤佳；或從旁協助其他廚師工作。 -年年農曆春節五天(除夕~初四)，餐廳休息免上班。 ☆提供大專院校/高職:餐飲管理廚藝科系-校外實習與建教合作(學年/學期制)☆
