1.產品售前支持及問題分析，提供客戶解決方案建議。 2.關鍵合作夥伴/用戶直接支持銷售/BDM（關鍵項目）。 3.關鍵項目支持：與用戶、銷售和BDM討論需求，並與PM/RD團隊合作提出建議。 4.建立即用型解決方案和方案，加快市場滲透。 5.協助Sales/BDM/Partner進行產品知識的基礎培訓。 6.將合作夥伴/用戶/項目信息反饋給PM/RD，用於下一代產品計劃。 出差外派 需出差，一年累積時間約三個月以下
