1.門市營運經營管理代店 2.協助店長達成經營KPI目標 3.公司策略執行與推動，激勵團隊合作，重視細節，執行力強 4.營運現場值班作業、人力調配、人員訓練執行 5.產品品質管控 6.行政業務執行 【工作時間】 1.排班制，需輪早/中/晚/假日班，工作時間9:00~22:00(依各百貨營業時間會有調整) 2.每日排班8小時＜中間另有休息時間1~2小時(視營運狀況而定)＞
