Our client is seeking a passionate Retail Marketing Coordinator to help bring their brand story to life in the physical retail space.
The Role:
The Retail Marketing Coordinator will serve as the vital link between marketing strategy and its execution at the retail level. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs that drive foot traffic, enhance the in-store customer experience, and support retail partners in achieving their sales goals. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative professional who is passionate about building brand presence where it matters most—face-to-face with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
In-Store Marketing & Visual Merchandising: Coordinate the production, shipment, and installation of all in-store marketing materials, including displays, signage, testers, and collateral, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and campaign launches.Retail Partner Collaboration: Serve as a key point of contact for retail partners, providing them with marketing toolkits, product information, and assets to drive sales and brand consistency across their stores.Local Store Marketing (LSM): Develop and execute hyper-local marketing initiatives and events to drive brand awareness and foot traffic in key retail markets.Sales Support & Training: Create compelling sell-in materials and product training guides for retail partner associates to ensure they are knowledgeable and excited about our products.Program Management: Manage sample requests, gifting programs, and visual merchandising updates for retail accounts, tracking budgets and ensuring timely fulfillment.Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of retail marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Brand Marketing, and E-commerce teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated brand experience from online to in-store.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.2+ years of experience in retail marketing, brand marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the CPG, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.Experience working with national retailers (e.g., Target, Ulta, Sephora, etc.) is a significant plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.); basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign) is a bonus.Ability to manage budgets and coordinate logistics for marketing programs.Willingness to travel occasionally for store visits and retail partner meetings.Requirements
