About this role

Salary: £29,350 - 29,350 per year

Requirements: Experience in business intelligence functions, including data collection, data analysis, performance monitoring and reporting.Experience with benchmarking, inspection support, organisational strategy, business planning, consultation, research and needs analysis.Ability to use a range of reporting tools.Strong communication skills to convey performance information verbally and in writing, including datasets, reports and presentations.Ability to identify patterns, trends and data quality issues.Ability to manage own workload in line with team needs.Understanding of and commitment to data protection, GDPR, freedom of information, information security, health and safety, and EDI principles. Responsibilities: Support the planning, development, improvement and implementation of our business intelligence functions.Carry out data collection, data analysis, performance monitoring and reporting.Support benchmarking, inspection, organisational strategy, business planning, consultation, research and needs analysis.Build excellent internal and external relationships to anticipate and respond to needs.Communicate performance information clearly through verbal updates, written datasets, reports and presentations.Assist with the development of innovative KPIs.Use a range of reporting tools to analyse and present information.Identify patterns, trends and data quality issues.Manage our own work in line with team needs and priorities.Comply with our Code of Conduct, people policies and procedures, health and safety policy, EDI requirements, data protection obligations, GDPR principles, the Freedom of Information Act 2000, and information security standards.
