Salary: £38,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements: We are looking for an experienced IT professional with at least 2 years experience in a leadership or senior capacity.We need someone with experience providing 2nd and 3rd line technical support in an IT infrastructure role.You should have service ownership experience across Microsoft 365, networking basics, hardware, security, and support tools. Responsibilities: We need you to own and improve our Group IT environment across multiple UK sites.You will ensure high availability, robust cybersecurity, and a seamless technology experience for approximately 120 users.You will provide hands-on technical delivery alongside strategic planning.You will manage vendors and take accountability for service performance.You will be responsible for both on-premises and cloud environments.You will act as the primary contact for all infrastructure matters.
