Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements: We need at least two years experience building Power BI reports.We need an understanding of operational KPIs across Supply Chain, Inventory, Warehouse, and Transport.We need the ability to work with operational stakeholders and translate business questions into report designs.We need confidence in baselining metrics and reporting objectively on whether an initiative delivered.We would value experience in warehouse, logistics, or transport environments.We would value experience with Business Central or a similar ERP.We would value exposure to continuous improvement or operational performance measurement.We would value a Six Sigma qualification.We need someone comfortable working with operational data across multiple functions.We need someone patient with stakeholders who change requirements in a fast-moving business.We need someone proactive in identifying reporting improvements.We need someone objective and independent minded, able to report when an initiative did not work. Responsibilities: We build Power BI reports as directed by operational managers.We translate business questions into objective reports, as directed by the Head of Operations.We baseline relevant operational metrics.We track each initiative against its baseline and report whether it delivered the expected movement.We surface and rank improvement opportunities from the data for operational owners to prioritise.We proactively identify improvement and automation opportunities across the logistics function.We maintain data quality for all logistics function ERP inputs and report outputs.We flag data quality issues to the Analytics Function Partner.
