Requirements: We require at least 3 years of experience in full stack software development, covering front-end, back-end, APIs, and data-connected services.We require hands-on experience developing solutions within Microsoft Azure cloud environments.We require experience using Azure DevOps, Git, or similar source control platforms.We require strong full stack development experience across front-end, back-end, APIs, and data-connected services.We require experience delivering solutions within hybrid infrastructure Microsoft Azure environments.We require knowledge of application integration, API development, and modern software architecture.We require a commitment to high-quality engineering practices, including Test-Driven Development and automated testing.We require experience with Git-like systems, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD delivery pipelines.We require understanding of secure development principles, identity management, and data protection.We require the ability to contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.We require excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.We require a Bachelors degree.We require UK work authorisation. Responsibilities: We lead full stack development across modern hybrid infrastructure and Azure-based applications and services.We design and develop APIs, integrations, and cloud-native components.We drive engineering excellence through code quality, automated testing, and development standards.We contribute to solution architecture, technical governance, and platform strategy.We support the modernisation and replacement of legacy systems.We implement secure, resilient, and scalable solutions.We utilise Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code approaches.We collaborate with operational teams to solve real-world business challenges through technology.We champion continuous improvement, innovation, and learning.We help shape the organisations next-generation technology platform.We establish strong engineering standards, automated testing practices, and technical governance.We contribute directly to architectural decisions, platform strategy, and the rationalisation and decommissioning of legacy applications.
