Salary: £90,000 - 91,000 per year
Requirements: We are looking for extensive hands-on Salesforce experience with a deep understanding of CRM platforms and enterprise implementations.We need strong domain knowledge in banking and financial services, including regulatory and control environments.Proven expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce is required.We need demonstrated success leading major workstreams within large Salesforce transformation programmes.You should be able to work independently, challenge stakeholders confidently, and deliver results in an Agile environment.Experience working across multiple teams and managing dependencies effectively is required.Significant experience in a senior, delivery-focused Salesforce Business Analyst role is ideal.Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels are important.Relevant Salesforce and financial services certifications are advantageous. Responsibilities: Lead and own end-to-end Salesforce initiatives, focusing on Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce capabilities.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Business, Architecture, Data, and Engineering to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.Drive decision-making, challenge senior stakeholders, and resolve ambiguities to keep projects on track.Identify dependencies, risks, and gaps early, and proactively manage them to ensure smooth delivery.Provide leadership and guidance to other Business Analysts to improve programme delivery quality and pace.Take responsibility for complex business areas from discovery through to technology implementation and outcomes.
