Salary: £55,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements: We need strong experience administering and supporting enterprise applications, particularly Dynamics CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform.We need experience designing, developing or administering Power Apps, Power Automate and wider low-code solutions.We need a good understanding of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft 365 and modern cloud technologies.We need experience leading or mentoring technical teams within an enterprise environment.We need a strong understanding of application governance, security, architecture and change management.We need the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.We value a passion for continuous improvement, automation and driving digital transformation through Microsoft technologies. Responsibilities: We lead and develop a specialist applications team, supporting performance, collaboration and professional development.We own and continually improve a Microsoft enterprise application estate including Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, SharePoint and Microsoft 365.We drive the adoption of Power Platform and low-code solutions to automate processes and improve business efficiency.We chair architecture and change governance forums, helping shape application standards and ensuring technology changes are delivered effectively.We work closely with wider IT teams to deliver integrated technology solutions.We embed security, governance and data management best practice across enterprise applications.We build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors and implementation partners to successfully deliver technology initiatives.
