Salary: £28,000 - 28,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience in electronic fault finding and component-level repairs.Experience repairing monitors, PCs, printers, tills, or similar electronic equipment.Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and general IT hardware.Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills.Desirable: Experience with EPOS equipment.Desirable: Knowledge of networking fundamentals.Desirable: Relevant electronics or IT qualifications. Responsibilities: Diagnose faults and repair electronic equipment to component level.Repair and test a variety of devices including monitors, PCs and computer hardware, small printers, and EPOS systems and tills.Conduct fault finding using appropriate testing equipment.Replace faulty components and complete repairs to a high standard.Install, configure and troubleshoot operating systems.Maintain accurate repair records and documentation.Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards.Support colleagues and customers with technical queries where required. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electronic Repair Technician / IT Hardware Engineer to join our growing team based in Milton Keynes.
