Salary: £30,000 - 40,000 per year
Requirements: Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments.Good working knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID.Experience supporting Microsoft 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.Exposure to virtualisation technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.Familiarity with backup solutions and basic disaster recovery processes.Experience working with Azure and/or AWS is desirable.Previous experience in a 1st and 2nd Line IT Support role; MSP experience is desirable.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.A team player who thrives in a fast-paced support environment.
