Salary: £10,400 - 10,400 per year

Requirements: We require five GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Mathematics.We require good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows.We require good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.We require strong organisational skills and attention to detail.We require excellent communication and customer service skills.We require the ability to prioritise work and manage competing demands.We require a basic understanding of cyber security and information security good practice.We require a basic understanding of user accounts, access permissions and networking concepts.A-Level, BTEC, Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in an IT-related subject is desirable.Microsoft, CompTIA or similar entry-level IT certification is desirable.Previous IT support, service desk administration or customer service experience is desirable.Experience maintaining records, reports or asset inventories is desirable.Understanding of Microsoft 365 administration activities is desirable.
