Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Engineer or similar role, preferably in retail, though we are open to other corporate experience.Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, and knowledge of data warehousing concepts.Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.Familiarity with ETL processes and tools such as Talend, Informatica, or SSIS.Experience with data modelling and database design.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information to non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualisations that provide insights into key business metrics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand data needs for different projects.Design and implement ETL processes to ensure data integrity and availability for analysis.Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic business decisions.Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on BI tools and reports.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics. The role is based in Dublin with hybrid working, and the contract is initially for 6 months at an hourly rate of €35.00 to €37.80 for 40 hours per week.
