Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year
Requirements: Strong commercial experience developing Microsoft SQL Server databases.Experience writing and optimising complex SQL queries, stored procedures and views.Experience with Microsoft Access and VBA development.Experience with C# development.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience supporting business applications in a commercial environment.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues.A proactive approach and the ability to manage a varied workload with minimal supervision.Advantageous: experience with document management or electronic signature platforms such as Adobe eSign.Advantageous: knowledge of system integration or process automation.Advantageous: experience working within a small IT team where flexibility and collaboration are important. Responsibilities: Develop, maintain and optimise Microsoft SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views and reporting solutions.Enhance and support Microsoft Access applications and VBA functionality.Investigate and resolve database, application and data-related issues.Design and implement improvements to database performance, reliability and efficiency.Work directly with users to understand business requirements and deliver practical technical solutions.Support business-critical applications and resolve technical issues when required.Contribute to system upgrades, integrations and ongoing technology improvement projects.Produce clear technical documentation and share knowledge within the team.
